DESCRIPTION:
The Adrenaline Overnight Goalie Camp is the premier goalie camp on the west coast. Completely staffed by current and former men and women goalies of the highest caliber, each goalie in attendance will be presented with countless new and innovate techniques and drills. Focusing on basic goalie fundamentals that apply to all levels of lacrosse, coaches will also demonstrate and instruct goalies on new and advanced specialized technique training. Located at San Diego State University for the very first time, this day and overnight camp allows for a unique, one of a kind experience that incorporates the physical and mental aspects a goalie needs to give themselves an edge over their opponent. This three day "goalie experience" is open to goalies of all ages and experience levels, boys and girls.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
The Adrenaline Goalie School was founded by goaltenders with over 25 years of proven playing and coaching ability. Having played at the top levels of lacrosse throughout their careers our goalie coaches know what it takes to perfect the position. This highly specific program was designed around the concepts of hard work and technique perfection through specialized drills.
